Western Safety Associates offers customizable safety solutions to address the following workplace safety concerns:

  • Onsite Safety Staffing

  • Customized Injury & Illness Prevention Program

  • IIPP Review & Program Gap Analysis

  • Confined Space Program

  • Lock Out Tag Out Program Compliance

  • Haz-Comm Compliance

No safety plan? No worries, WSA has you covered!

At WSA, we understand that each site and project is different, but your IIPP - Injury and Illness Prevention Plan - should cover it all.

Our safety specialists are OSHA and QSSP certified and bring a wealth of industrial experience that will help your team design a dynamic IIPP that will keep your company working safely into the future. For companies with an IIPP already in place, working with a trained safety consultant will help to point out gaps in your current plan and provide solutions structured around meeting OSHA regulations while considering the needs of your specific business and industry, making working with a safety specialist an invaluable tool when compiling or updating your company’s EHS plan.

In 2022, Cal OSHA reported that the #1 safety violation for both general industry and construction was failure to have or follow an IIPP. As Cal/OSHA and OSHA compliance become more important every day, it is imperative that companies have their IIPP updated and in compliance with industry standards. Violations can be costly and time consuming, and the lack of an Injury and Illness Prevention Program can be a company’s biggest risk for experiencing a safety-related accident and finding themselves in violation. Consulting with a professional for safety compliance concerns can help a company avoid that risk. Western Safety Associates consultants are available to help you prepare a custom IIPP based on your specific work practices that, when executed correctly, will keep you and your employees working safely.
